Exmoor PhotoTrails to launch at Big Adventure Day

Please join us to celebrate the launch of Exmoor’s accessible Phototrails at 2pm on Wednesday 24 July at Haddon Hill, overlooking Wimbleball Lake. This will be part of the Haddon Hill Big Adventure Day – a FREE fun day of family activities.

Phototrails are an exciting new way to make walks and trails more accessible, by allowing you to explore a walk and learn about it before you go. This enables you to make informed choices that add to your enjoyment of Exmoor National Park.

Brilliant volunteers have created 10 new Phototrails on Exmoor as part of our Access for All project, which is develops and promotes ways to encourage and enable more people to enjoy the National Park. There are new Phototrails available for Haddon Hill, Wimbleball Lake, Winsford Hill, Valley of the Rocks, Dunkery Beacon and Fremington Quay. Trails are being produced for Chargot Woods and the West Somerset Mineral Line, Dunster Forest and Heddon’s Mouth. Visit www.phototrails.org to find them.
