Half price book offer – Exmoor Ponies

To celebrate the first ever Exmoor Pony Festival at Exmoor National Park, there is a half-price book offer on NOW at all the National Park Centres.

The special offer applies to “Exmoor Ponies – Survival of the Fittest” which is a natural history of this rare breed of native ponies, by Dr Sue Baker. You can now obtain this acclaimed book at an amazing price, reduced from £19.99 to just £9.99 for a limited time.

To buy the book, order online from Exmoor National Park Authority or purchase in person at your nearest National Park Centre.

The Exmoor National Park Centres (dedicated visitor centres) stock several publications for sale with Exmoor Pony themes, such as the Katy’s Ponies Trilogy, as well as factual books and leaflets.

Meet the author

Sue Baker will soon be giving a FREE illustrated talk at Exmoor House, Dulverton, entitled “On the Trail of Exmoor Ponies” on Friday 31st August as part of the Exmoor Pony Festival.

  1. Well spotted. We were told that it was for sale online via the Exmoor National Park website… anyway, we have now added a short article on the ExmoorPonyFest blog. Buy the books – meet the authors! http://wp.me/p2CxWs-3q

  2. Looked on the website link for buying publications online, but neither Survival of the Fittest nor the Katy’s Ponies trilogy are on there, as far as I can see.
Could you also say that the books can be bought and signed by us at our open afternoon on 29th Aug? (Sue Baker is doing a couple of talks here too.) Thanks
