Exmoor Explorer 8 Aug 2011

The Exmoor Explorer is a long-distance trial for off-road cyclists. Organisers keep you guessing until the big day – keeping the routes top secret until one week before the event!

Details will be published on the Exmoor Explorer website… including downloadable maps and GPS information to help you make sure you aren’t lost on Exmoor’s open moorland or leafy green lanes. The long route will be about 40 miles and there’s a shorter route of about 20 miles. Brightly coloured ribbons will mark the routes on the day!

For 2011 the ride is planned for 8th August. Anybody interested in entering should visit the website for details, and must contact the organisers to apply for entry.
